The goal of Simply Outlet’s return policy is to have an easy-to-understand policy that ensures purchase satisfaction. Most items can be returned without any restocking fee within 30 days of purchase. They must be complete and in resalable condition.

How long has it been since the product was purchased?
Many items on the Simply Outlet website may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Conditions apply.
Has the item been opened?
If an item has not been opened, and meets the criteria above, we will provide a full refund onto the original form of payment.
If an item has been opened but is in perfect, complete, and resalable condition, we will provide a full refund on the original form of payment.
Items that have been opened but missing or have damaged packaging, accessories, informational leaflets, etc. may not be returned.
Please contact us for a return authorization. If the product is eligible for a refund based on the policy above, we will then issue you a return authorization number. Shipments without a return authorization number will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
The customer can purchase shipping service from any courier company of their choosing and send the merchandise to us. We strongly suggest that the customer obtain shipping insurance as well. Furthermore, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the return shipment is packed properly, with sufficient packing material inside the shipping box. Please allow up to 30 days after delivery of the return shipment for a refund to be issued, and a further 7 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card transaction record.
The return period is calculated starting from the date the product was delivered, as reported by the courier company’s website.
